Saturday Bootcamps

Our flagship program brings newcomers together every Saturday morning for high-energy, inclusive fitness sessions. No matter your fitness level, you'll find your place in our supportive community.

What to Expect:

  • 45-minute full-body workout suitable for all levels
  • Modifications provided for every exercise
  • Equipment provided (mats, weights, resistance bands)
  • Multilingual support available

Coffee & Connection session

Coffee & Connection

The magic happens after the workout. Our post-bootcamp coffee sessions are where friendships are born and community bonds are strengthened. Share stories, ask questions, and connect with others who understand your journey.

What Happens:

  • Complimentary hot beverages and healthy snacks
  • Guided conversation starters for newcomers
  • Information sharing about Ottawa resources
  • Networking and friendship building
30-45 minutes after each bootcamp

Holiday & Birthday Celebrations

No one should celebrate alone. We host monthly celebration events that honor both Canadian traditions and the diverse cultures of our community members. From holiday parties to birthday celebrations, we ensure everyone feels remembered and valued.

Gear & Support

We believe financial barriers shouldn't prevent anyone from joining our community. All essential fitness equipment is provided free of charge, and we help connect newcomers with other resources they need to thrive in Canada.

What We Provide:

Yoga mats for all participants
Resistance bands & weights
Water bottles when needed
Winter gear lending program

Beyond Fitness:

We also connect participants with Ottawa settlement services, job search resources, and other community programs to support your journey in Canada.
